The Venue Dashboard

The Grassroots Music Venue Dashboard provides a developed solution for retaining and managing all the booking, operational, marketing and financial elements of running a grassroots music venue, including operational sheets, cash sheets, production specs and any and all other information required to produce an event.

It is also the Proxy CMS for the website with a JSON link designed to communicate with any WordPress based site, probably the most common web platform for arts organisations.

Built around the common workflows required within any venue setting, it is designed to be simple, intuitive and easy to use.

Through previous grant support from Innovate UK, and Figurative (NESTA), we have been able to build an intuitive user interface which we are now confident can be easily rolled out into other venues.

The next phase will develop the system further, enhancing the format and flexibility of the system to suit all event organisers and promoters – allowing for cloud based and app access and greater functionality.

The current version of the system is in full use in Band on the Wall – managing a programme of over 1200 gigs, events, classes and workshops and access by almost 100k visitors a year.
