DESCRIPTION:Ivor Novello&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;&lsquo\;Q&rsquo\; award&nbsp\;winning songwriter and musician&nbsp\;Simon Aldred aka Cherry Ghost&nbsp\;will be leading a masterclass in songwriting\, as part of Brighter Sound&rsquo\;s&nbsp\;Sing City&nbsp\;vocal project\, from&nbsp\;1-4pm on Saturday February 15th.&nbsp\;This is a fantastic opportunity for young songwriters and vocalists to learn from and work with a nationally respected musician and performer.
 Places are for anyone aged 13 &ndash\; 18 and are completely FREE

 This Masterclass marks the start of the&nbsp\;Sing City half term project\, running&nbsp\;weekdays\, 10am-4pm from the 17th &ndash\; 22nd February at Band on the Wall\, Manchester.
 The project will include"\:"- Sessions led by our team of expert vocalists\, Yvonne Shelton (Gloria Estefan\, Simply Red\, George Michael)\, Sara Lowes (Marina & the Diamonds) and Liam Frost (solo artist\, TOKOLOSH Project)- Workshops exploring inspiration in lyric writing\, songwriting\, group work- Performances at Band on the Wall and Unit 25\, Cheetham Hill
