Rumer possesses a stunning pure voice and a gift for writing love songs that traverses emotional lanscapes ranging from soaring euphoria to heartbreak and desolation. Appearing on Later with Jools Holland this September\, Band on the Wall invites you to join us as we welcome this new shining talent to The Band.
