DESCRIPTION:London folk/soul singer and songwriter Ella Clayton makes her Manchester debut at Band on the Wall on 4th May\, launching her new album DQUOTECould It Be You?DQUOTE (released April 2026). It's a cosy and intimate solo show in the Copper Bar\, with support from Dee Rae & Oscar White.

Born and raised in London\, Ella Clayton is a young indie-folk/soul singer and songwriter whose musical influences/reference points are Bonnie Raitt\, Michael Kiwanuka\, Billie Marten\, Laura Marling and Jeff Buckley.

She released her debut album DQUOTEMurmurationsDQUOTE in 2022\, a deeply personal collection of songs that established her as a rising voice in the UK’s indie-folk scene. The record was followed in 2023 by DQUOTEStairwellDQUOTE\, a stripped-back acoustic EP recorded in a three-story stairwell\, capturing the raw intimacy of her live sound. In April 2026\, she releases her new album DQUOTECould It Be You?DQUOTE.
