DESCRIPTION:Hey Manchester and Band on the Wall present Dengue Fever.
DQUOTEA danceable\, delightfully mutated mix of American surf\, garage-rock psychedelia and the emotive\, snaky crooning of Khmer folk music.&rdquo\; LA WeeklyLos Angeles six-piece Dengue Fever combine a rapturous blend of 60s Cambodian pop and&nbsp\;psych rock grooves. Plunging headlong into their second decade as a band\, Dengue Fever now&nbsp\;find themselves as creative musicians with no boundaries\, as well as label owners who make&nbsp\;their own decisions on where\, when and how to fabricate their career. In 2013\, after forming their own label Tuk Tuk Records\, the band crossed over into brave new&nbsp\;territory as both artist and record label owners. &lsquo\;The Deepest Lake&rsquo\;\, their fifth full-length of all-new material\, comes at a critical and exciting juncture in the bands career\, with spectacular&nbsp\;live experiences to match.
Support comes from TVAM\,&nbsp\;television screen oozes technicolor trash whilst one man and his guitar puke rainbow sounds into burnt out\, new-age VHS soundscapes. TVAM has been heavily supported by BBC 6 Music\, with Gideon Coe and Stuart Maconie giving him their seal of approval.
