DESCRIPTION:On Friday February 5th\, A Queer Revue! returns as the official launch party of the 2016 Queer Contact Festival\, Manchester&rsquo\;s annual explosion of Queer culture. Performing on stage will be Dublin&rsquo\;s radical faerie Stefan Fae\, making his Manchester debut\; performance artist Marilyn Misandry\; contemporary dance from Joshua Hubbard\; &lsquo\;Dragapella&rsquo\;\, the friendly singing contest for queens with a real voice\; and poet Cheryl Martin performing as &lsquo\;The Telephone Poet&rsquo\; in the Picturehouse Bar. Guest hostess is sensational trans performance artiste Grace Oni Smith\, with music from City Life &lsquo\;DJ of the Year&rsquo\; finalist Greg Thorpe (Drunk At Vogue / Off The Hook).
 
 The Picturehouse Cafe Bar is open beforehand for delicious food and drinks.
SUMMARY:A Queer Revue! is a coming together of artists\, performers and DJs from Manchester’s celebrated Queer underground.
