BIOGRAPHY
Zoe Chiotis is a singer songwriter and guitarist living in music and keeping it real – inspired by heart and soul, unusual sounds and the desire to express emotions through more than words alone. Born and bred east of the Spaghetti Junction, the first child of a guitarist and herbalist, Zoe grew up listening to the likes of BB King, Django Reinhardt, Nick Drake, Pink Ployd & The Doors. She started singing in intimate venues at the age of fifteen where she developed a love for jazz and improvised music. Very quickly, she decided to pursue music; at the age of eighteen, she moved to Manchester where a whole world of incredible talent and inspiration opened up before her. Since then, she has never looked back. Her songs infuse jazz, folk, soul, blues and world music influences. She has performed for Sir Tim Rice and Guy Chambers at The Society of Songwriters annual Ball, Festivals including Lovebox and MJF and at venues including Favela Chic, the Cobden Club and Band on the Wall.
