Just announced: The Funky Knuckles & Mark Lettieri Trio Tour April 2016

The Funky Knuckles is comprised of sidemen from some of the most respected acts in the music industry including: Beyonce, Erykah Badu, Chrisette Michelle, Talib Kweli, P. Diddy, The Polyphonic Spree to name but a few. Together they possess a sound distinctly separate from any of their individual projects.

The Funky Knuckles move together musically as a school of fish, never complacent and always stretching the boundaries of improvisation and composition. Whether performing original music or standards, they draw from their musical experiences to create their unique genre-bending sound.

Joining them is Snarky Puppy guitarist Mark Lettieri. He records and performs in virtually every genre of popular music with both independent and major-label artists.

Lettieri has spent time on the road with neo-soul icon Erykah Badu, gospel singer/actress Tamela Mann, and performed with Anthony Evans, Chrisette Michele, Myron Butler, N’dambi, Bilal, and even Pat Boone.
