Band on the Mall Semi-Final

Manchester Arndale and Band on the Wall have teamed up to launch a regional competition to find emerging student bands.
The competition is open to bands of two or more members over the age of 16. At least one member of the group must be in full-time education at the time of entry. The competition is open to Greater Manchester students only.

All entrants will have their music heard by industry experts, with the winning act selected at Manchester Arndale’s annual ‘Student Spring Break’ event on Tuesday, 21 April 2015.
The winning band gets the chance to perform their own winners gig at Band on the Wall. The winning band will also be entitled to four days studio experience at Blueprint Studios with the objective of producing one song which can be released.
Four ‘semi-finalists’ will be selected from submitted entries by the competition judges. Tonight, play live at Band on the Wall and the competition judges will select two finalists.
