Band on the Wall welcomes the straight-talking, charismatic, soul-rocker and one of modern music's great female voices, Beth Hart,  to Manchester for what promises to be an exhilarating night.

Beth Hart rose to international fame on the back of her massive 1999 hit LA Song (Out Of This Town). Succumbing to well-publicised problems with alcohol, in 2003 she successfully launched one of modern music's greatest come backs with the universally-acclaimed album Leave The Light On. Incorporating Hart's the life-well-lived musical maturity with a blend of mid-60s R&B and a Taupin-esque lyricism, it exploited her bluesy voice and experiences of the darker side to the full. Since then this gutsy, sexy artist has gone from strength to strength and visits Manchester on the back of her new album Dust Bowl.
