Band on the Wall and Jazz FM bring you a Funky Sensation night of pumping disco and funk beats bathed in a summer haze as the mighty Sunburst Band perform live. Produced by dance music pioneer Joey Negro (Jakatta/Hedboys), they feature members drawn from the higher reaches of funkdom with vocals by ex-Raw Stylus soul queen Donna Gardier and The Elektrons' Pete Simpson. Followed by late night funk party featuring Jazz FM's Mike Vitti and special guest Colin Curtis at the decks until the early hours.
A Funky Sensation Event in association with Jazz FM - Funky Sensation does exactly what it says on the tin. It captures that funky sensation feeling inside you. Featuring the greatest music in soul and funk it also captures the groovy sounds of jazz and funky house. Having gained great success in London, Funky Sensation is now bringing it's vibe to Manchester at Band on the Wall
