Vocalist with Lamb, Manchester's Lou Rhodes solo work veers away from that band's trip hop groove into an intriguing folk style. Nominated for a Mercury Music Prize for 2006's Beloved One, this self-confessed 'emotional junkie' produces deeply romantic ballads swathed in fragile acoustic guitars, violin and double bass.

This concert will begin at 8pm.
