BIOGRAPHY

Beleza specialise in bossa nova, samba, MPB and jazz. With an extensive repertoire including many classic Brazilian songs and original compositions, Beleza will bring good music, warmth, and a great atmosphere wherever they perform.

Beleza came together through a mutual love of Bossa Nova, Samba, popular Brazilian music and Jazz. They started by studying and covering Bossa Nova and Afro-Samba classics. Along the way, they started to write their own music influenced by the spirit of Bossa Nova. This is the essence of Beleza, but their music is also influenced by their love of soul, jazz and blues. It's about living in a rainy city like Manchester and longing for the sun, warmth and life Brazilian music brings.
