Agent J (aka James Ernesto Lang) heads up Groovement, a weekly show on Unity Radio which sees guests from the funk/soul spectrum drop in (Sharon Jones, Quantic, Dam Funk and Alice Russell have all visited)  as well as hip hop and beyond (Ghostface, Flying Lotus, Daedelus). A resident of vinyl oasis Roots Before Branches and live hip hop night In The Loop in addition to several sessions around Manchester, J recently hit Band on the Wall with some 45 action for both Gizelle Smith & the Mighty Mocambos and the Sound Stylistics.
