The organisation believes that the composition of our workforce should reflect that of the community.
To carry out our work and deliver content in the music sector we have established partnerships with a range of organisations. In implementing this work, ICM will promote and commit to the equality of opportunity representing the full diversity of society. This includes encouraging access to employment, to the buildings and to the best in music.
ICM will serve staff, musicians and the public by being open and accessible, seeking to remove discriminations whether these result from race, colour, religion or beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, education or cultural background. ICM is equally committed to quality of opportunity in its employment practise through recruitment and selection, staff training, conditions, and all personnel procedures.
